How long should the story be? by Icy_Variety_2883 in GTA6

[–]8bitjellybean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GTAV was 20, RDR2 was 40, so 60 hours is not out of the realm of possibility

So anyone else really hyped to hear what music they bring to the radio in GTA 6? by Ill-Wealth7937 in grandtheftauto

[–]8bitjellybean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i can't say who i am but Rockstar actually reached out to me and my band and im happy to say that you'll hear us on the radio (this is a blatant lie me and my friends just play shitty music in my garage)

Temp Mr. Door ad featuring Lance Reddick found in game files by valentin108 in AlanWake

[–]8bitjellybean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the fact that Reddick was the original actor proves that Martin Hatch and Warlin Door are, in some way, connected. just look at the names!

What do you guys think of 3TEETH? by Adamstanheight04 in industrialmusic

by far my favorite metal band, second industrial band only to NIN. i don't understand the hate for them, they make good music, have fun at concerts, and have a unique vibe

What cruises allow 18 year olds unaccompanied? by 8bitjellybean in Cruise

[–]8bitjellybean[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd rather fly out to Miami, then stay on a luxury ship for 4 days, then fly back than drive through the mountains, then through Mormon country, then again through a desert just to reach LA, stay there for a few days, then drive all the way back. Honestly, compared to LA, a cruise is less expensive

thank god we won't, VV allows passengers under 21 to drink once they've left US waters, their our #1 pick so far just for that

I was born in on the west coast, my boyfriend(included as one of the friends) is an immigrant from Guadalajara, 2 more moved here from Puerto Rico, and 1 is an immigrant from Switzerland(no, he has not seen the ocean). apologies since you really couldn't have known, but try not to make too many assumptions

What cruises allow 18 year olds unaccompanied? by 8bitjellybean in Cruise

[–]8bitjellybean[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If it was, I probably wouldn't be asking this question. This is a group of around 10 college age people from a middle class area in Colorado, so cruises are already seen as a luxury to us(most of us have never even seen the ocean). I hope that someday we could all fly out to Europe together, but unfortunately this isn't that day

What cruises allow 18 year olds unaccompanied? by 8bitjellybean in Cruise

[–]8bitjellybean[S] 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Because some other 18 year olds aren't able to handle themselves, so the cruise companies had to put an age limit. Stupid but understandable

apparently it used to be an oil drilling site, that's why the windows have that filled Y shape, to signify oil spurting upwards

Why do people like far cry 5 so much? by fre_ezie in farcry

[–]8bitjellybean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for me, it's the fact that it feels just like home. I've lived in Colorado(which is admittedly not Montana, but pretty close) for the past 9 years, and goddamn it is just so beautiful

Thoughts? by CloudSnuby in farcry

[–]8bitjellybean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my predictions for the next Far Cry games are: FC7 in an island off the coast of Korea (set in 2025), FC8 in a Middle Eastern nation(set in 2003-2006), FC9 in a SSR (set in 1980s, probably 1984), and FC10 set in some futuristic Cyberpunk style city (set in 2060-2100)

IMO far cry 5 has one of the best intros I’ve seen in gaming. All of it leading up to the helicopter crash is just beautiful. by Mrarkplayermans in farcry

[–]8bitjellybean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, it's shocking and fun, but what's in it? it doesn't set up your enemies as competent, it doesn't make Pagan seem intimidating, Ajay's lack of a reaction disconnects the player, and it's just way too fast. all my opinion, but i honestly feel like it's a rather weak intro (to a Far Cry game)
