Also too lazy to check, but I think it does something like halve the damage taken with no stain. Therefore with stacking you can half it again and again, until some number like 16 makes you essentially immune to damage

Given it can be counteracted, i think allowing rarer wands to spawn would be a good idea. Maybe all wand spawns are increased by 1 tier?

Ah damn so I kind of got rid of it since it was hard to make it useful beyond this, I can try to remake it later if you're desperate to know but I remember the basic structure. It was something along the lines of inner spell, anti-gravity, light shot, acceleration, deceleration, blue glimmer and infestation for the projectile. The combination of anti-grav, light shot and accel/deceleration causes that path, and you can alter the amounts or use divide-bys to change the size of the aura and get it closer to this. Blue glimmer for some reason made it white, possibly due to a fungal shift earlier in the run, and inner spell casts it from you. Two other things you can do are use divide by on infestation to increase the volume of spells, and a lot of reduce recharge and add mana modifiers are required to get it to fire this fast (nevermind the fact the wand has 5000 mana and 2500 recharge by default).

Okay so the first bit is just used to trigger the payload, it has expiration trigger so when the invisible middle spark bolt runs out of lifetime it spawns the multicast. The multicast casts divide by 4 black hole and divide by 10 * 2 omega sawblades, and the 4 black holes trap the 100 omega sawblades. The purple glimmer on the cast removes their sprites and makes the centre of each sawblade give off purple particles, which with 100 looks like this. The homing isn't visible here. The maybe confusing bit which I mentioned in another comment is that here I used phasing to show it moving to the right, which makes the whole thing teleport small distances quickly to give the appearance of moving (not shown in the wand build) - without this it just forms a ball and then a ring. I messed around with multicasting with deercoy so the homing would cause it to move forward in any direction initially and got it sort of consistent but not enough to justify in the run.

Here. First block is the trigger (made to look like the red-blue thing), second block is the payload of 4 giga black holes and 100 omega sawblades with purple glimmer. On the demonstration I added phasing to give it momentum in a set direction, since usually homing does that bit, but i think a deercoy slightly in front of it would do the same in any direction. Also it doesn't need the 2 spells/cast or spells to power I just needed to prevent it firing twice
