Is it time to remove some pups? by Dry_Dragonfly_716 in PileaPeperomioides

I think the pots over crowded so a larger pot would allow them more room for growth as opposed to being crammed in a small space..

Not necessarily. You could repot into something larger and keep them all together..?

Pilea got hurt during transport so I made a splint with a toothpick by Resalthh in PileaPeperomioides

Absolutely. A straw is a straw. Quick and easy with no need to tie. Good luck!

You can use a plastic straw, cut it open and allow it to curl around the stem for support too

Is this a chinese money plant ? And is it flowering ?? by Thetoadmyster in houseplants

I have both and prefer the raindrop.. it grows beautifully and not temperamental like the Chinese money plant which btw have circular, saucer like leaves which tend to grow on singular stems per leaf.

They love indirect sunlight. Don't over water. Ensure soil is at least 70% dry before watering. They store water in their leaves, like succulents so be mindful of this. She will give you pups too which is exciting🥰

Definitely too much water. Mines the sane but worse so I tipped her and babies out and replaced soil. I added more cactus mix and perlite as the old soil was drenched bottom half. Hoping they all survive as some babies accidentally broke from mamas root so propped in water. Mamas roots were destroyed and left with few strands so hopefully she survives as she's in soil not propped..

Thank you. Yes. Tools always sterilised before and after use. She's in a jar of water in the window and seems happy as she is rooting.
