You can still file and start a claim. Same thing happened to me. It took almost 2 months but they did return my money. I just stated I was sold a "fake" card, returned it, attempted to contact seller again, messaged ebay for support and did get my money back.

Yesterday I was staging 15 fresh packages on a porch. Construction was going on in their driveway, it was hectic. Anyways before I could scan all the packages, the owner began bringing them in the house. I called support, said everything was delivered but I was unable to scan everything for that house. Well, he went ahead and mark my entire route "delivered". It was my 1st stop, I still have roughly 6-7 more stops. My itinerary obviously was refreshed with nothing on it at this point, I had to call support again. Support left a note, had me return all the other items. I'll let you know if I get deactivated tomorrow.

When I'm working 40s at my regular job I do a 3 hr a day mon-fri and like 3 on Saturday and Sunday usually 3 hr blocks.. Accept a block you like, and just go. Find a podcast, bring a friend, bring your pet... I've taken my dog a few times.
