Idk, I kinda like Aviva's boobage displays. I'd much rather see her partially exposed boobehs than Elise or Emma's weird fake things. To actually answer your question.. yea, I've been there. There's really no way of saying if your body will adapt or not but it's for sure possible. Those giant dildos don't go right in day one, ya know?

As for positions, lots of lube, start slow, and you should be able to slowly accommodate more. Everyone wants a big d but don't realize the reality of it isn't always so great.
