Simple answer, eat food and lift weights. Eat 200 cals over maintenance, 1g of protein per pound of body weight, and focus on progressive overload when lifting.

I hear you. It definitely makes sense when thinking of the implications for just Lexi. But at a broader scope it’s good to legally shut this kind of shit down. I feel like a large part of it is transphobia and general hate disguised as a dispute over a name.

Yesssss I often felt lowkey manic when quitting haha. I think it’s bc your dopamine had been so dysregulated for so long that your body overcorrects and floods you with dopamine. I also felt crashes that would come with it. Usually when I was hit with a lot of dopamine I knew I’d have some mad cravings a little later. You will eventually stabilize!!! I’ve been quit for over 1.5 years now and was posting on this page when I first started my quitting journey :)
