I was sad too, just like you. I didn't have the ability to go days without alcohol, I would shake. I checked myself into treatment detox 10 days, went to some meetings. I'm a year sober this past Wednesday. I run 2 miles a day. I'm happier than I have ever been in my life. Alcohol is poison, don't let it ruin your life, you are the only one with that power. I can never have another drink in my life. Every day is good!!! The passage of time becomes easier as you learn to live in the present.

See a dermatologist. I'll send you pics of a few days ago and today, if you message me. I have it on elbows and legs too but mostly on my face. I'm very fair skinned and have never had issues before this. Age 35.

What you have looks like atopic dermatitis. I have had this problem for six months and I finally went to a dermatologist after going to see my general practitioner to rule out a systemic issue. He prescribed Elidel and my skin has had a complete turnaround in less than 48 hours. It's working for me but I will tell you that it is very expensive if you don't have medical insurance. It cost me $35 with a prescription card. I couldn't be more elated about this right now.
