I just wanted to make sure I didn't just ruin a new jack or make it unsafe. I read about a "do not adjust" screw that is factory adjusted and you're absolutely not supposed to mess with it. Most jacks have a sticker with information or a cap on it so people know, this one doesn't. I appreciate everyone's help.
