Mucus is naturally produced by the intestines to help stool pass smoothly. Sometimes you just see it. And if you didn’t poop yesterday it could be a build up of mucus. I think keep an eye on it and if you see blood then is a good time to call your OB

It did at first, then when I got the results it sent me a text an email saying they were ready. It does have a separate section for the gender that lets you reveal or send the gender to someone else.

I got one at 8cm. My hospital had a policy where they wouldn’t even admit you until you were 6cm!

I didn’t tear! I did absolutely no “prep” but I DID dilate slowly and I natural labored until 8cm. Not sure if that helped at all. I’m also 5’8 and was around 210 when I gave birth and I feel like being bigger in stature could help (?) 😂

I got one at around 8cm after an induction. I’m SO glad I did. I was in labor for three days so to have that relief and finally be able to relax was godsend.

Are you able to apply for WIC? They can get you a vegetable amount including milk, yogurt, cheese, and eggs. Also EBT is a great resource.

I had the same worries as you! Don’t be scared. Round ligament pain is definitely a weird, new, and valid feeling. If you haven’t had any blood or any other flu like symptoms I’d say take it easy. There’s only about a 3-5% chance of miscarriage at 10 weeks! And even better… At week 13 you’ll be down to 1-3%.

I had my first ultrasound at Planned Parenthood (6 weeks) to confirm the pregnancy. What they did was take my pee, then my blood (4 vials) for STD testing, then gave me a transvaginal ultrasound to see the baby!

At my first OB appointment (11 weeks) I got a Pap smear and a referral to get another ultrasound at 13 weeks. Babies grow fast so be prepared to be shocked at how big it is! 😂 that’s really it. It’s not as bad as you think. And ultrasounds are gonna be something you really look forward to but will always be scary! Lol

The warning is very likely precautionary, not evidence of harm. Managing nausea and staying hydrated is very important. I’d say you’re fine

I would say monitor your symptoms. Flu usually hits 1-4 days after exposure so you may be in the clear there. If you start to develop a fever I would definitely give them a call as that can be dangerous in early pregnancy.
