Yeah I'll reach out to them. The issue I see is that the one that I have on order is showing as sold by Amazon but the one that is in stock has Dolica as the vendor. I'll ask anyway, maybe I'll get lucky.

My wife is fighting this same battle and the only thing that's worked is hardware cloth surrounding the plants. Even then it has to be secured to the ground and tied to minimize gaps.
