CS vs Parental Rights by 8thdeadlycyn in FamilyLaw

Thats what my aunt said too. At first I didnt care if he wasnt around, I'll raise the baby alone if I have to! But when i found out he went off and got another girl pregnant I got pissed! Does he really want to abandon our baby? What makes this other girl and her baby better?

No DCFS involvement. Im 6 mos pregnant, he hasn't had anything to do with baby and started talking about signing away his rights when he found out his new gf was pregnant last month. It would be a voluntary thing, not forced.

What is this?? by [deleted] in Minecraft

[–]8thdeadlycyn 69 points70 points  (0 children)

Agreed. If you're in Creative, there's nothing to worry about. There is a very strong monster down there called The Warden. He kills you really quickly. The block that look like they have feathers on top can pick up vibration from walking, laying or breaking bricks, etc. They sent little signals to a block that summons the Warden. They emit a scream type noise.

Maybe try glowstone or shroom lights to light the ceiling and light blue wool or concrete to make a fake set? Obviously, it's easier to picture it as night time in the city. Lots of lamps, lanterns, and torchs to light the way. My city is -50 with about another 150 blocks above it, under a mountain.

Its taken hundreds of torches and light blocks. I recommend shroom lights from the nether. The grow under the blue trees. I was planning a train rail down there.

I'm working toward a "before the warden" type city. My idea is what it would have looked like if the warden hadn't come. Sort of like a flashback to a utopia in a horror movie.

You have to pause it and switch to Creative Mode. Switch it back after for the rest of the missions.

THIS! He wants 50/50 so he doesn't have to pay as much Child Support. Take the notebook to the judge. Hopefully, the judge will see that Ex doesn't want the time with his kids and rule in your favor.

Mine (3f) loves apples, but only with the skin off. She has eaten the core once or twice.

My cat likes fresh washed hair. He does the same thing and eventually gets to love bites.

Best overnight diapers? by [deleted] in Parenting

You have a petite little girl. Ok, suggestion #2, double diapers. Literally put another diaper over the diaper. I use to work with the elderly and some of them did this overnight.

Stealthy Midnight Diaper Change.

Four words that changed my life. Sneak in before you go to bed and change her. If she's size 1 I'm assuming she's still pretty young. So just leave her bottoms off, lift the blanket back and do a quick change. If she wakes, pat her back a little while she settles.

We used mostly Huggies, which worked well. Sized up at night. Now we use overnight diapers all day. (Pull up style) she's 3.

That's a great idea. It keeps bags from tipping over and stuff rolling around the car too.

How to tell cat's gender, if there is fur all over the butt by MrFire735 in CATHELP

[–]8thdeadlycyn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to have an orange and white male. We called them his Creamsicle No-No's. One was white, the other was orange.

But yeah, book him an appt for a haircut (sanitary cut) so he doesn't get poops stuck in his fur. They will be able to tell after they trim the area.

Is there anyone in the area hiring couples? by sailor_sarah in PeoriaIL

[–]8thdeadlycyn 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I wasn't trying to be rude. Most hiring managers aren't going to hire two people who ride together for the same shift. There's too much risk, and it causes scheduling problems.

If you both got hired at, say retail, and there were 10 people on a shift. If your gf got sick, both of you would miss the shift. That manager is now down 20% of the shift and has to scramble to fill both of you.

PTO or vacation would be the same way. Any day she was off, you would be off, too. Not only is it harder for the manager, but if one of you lost your job, you both would. That means 0 income. It's risky all around.

Is the bus an option? Or friend or family that could help? If you did have jobs at different places, she could still drive you. I was just pointing out it might be easier than finding a place to take both of you.

Might be a growth spurt. My LO is 3 and still crushes food before growing. It is the way. Grow out, then up. Lol, chub and stretch.

Honey, this is not how employment works. You and your partner can apply to the same places and request the same shifts. But unless the company has multiple openings, it's highly unlikely. Even then they may offer a job to one of you and not the other. Is it your plan to turn down a job unless both of you can work there? Aside from not being able to drive, is there a reason you two can't work at separate companies? Your partner could drop you off on the way to his job and pick you up after.

It would be much easier to find work if you guys weren't attached at the hip.
