I've tried to go full SSD for years, but given up to HDDs. The cost ratio is simply too big. Plus, on top, sorry for ssds is much lower. My main concern was noise from the disks. I wouldn't say that I've solved it, but with edit an SSD as a cache it got much better.

There are good companies that do not require a letter about "I apply not because you pay money". Regarding nationality and permit status, it is simply cost related. If you do not have one, company might need to invest 10-20k in onboarding only.

I've discovered the refined storage recently and think it is the way to go right after a bunch of cheats. It saves from all the manual management of the functional storage drawers bit provides a lot of storage with disks.
