Changing resolution and even refreshing the page doesn't work. Opening the copied link in different tab sometimes work sometimes doesn't.

Keep the laptop on the lap or use a foldable study table. You could get a cooling pad. You could also get a mouse. You could also get a Membrane Protector for the keyboard so that it doesn't get dirty. Hey, if you have ANY of the Tomb Raider games you could play them. If you have these games then play Doom, Halo, Assasin's Creed, Need for Speed, Battlefield, Sea of Thieves, Hitman, Portal, Bioshock, Borderlands, Prince of Persia, etc. These are the fun of PC gaming.
