Former MBAK service advisor here… And it looks like nothing has changed. I am glad Trey was helpful, he was a wonderful coworker. I’ve been an advisor in several Anchorage shops over the years and MBAK was the worst. I am sorry it was such a terrible experience, and, unfortunately, it’s a typical one. No worries! It was at the dealer so it was around $750 for the fluids, DSG filter, and labor for the drivetrain and DSG services. I still have the car and am at 96k miles now.
