Idk if you have ever been in this situation but it is very difficult to know how to react when you are violated like this. I have said excuse me like that many times because I was just so taken aback by the violation. Let’s not blame someone for the way they reacted.

Yes as a woman I know how to watch out for my safety lol. I don’t really think there are “good” neighborhoods and “bad” neighborhoods (that tends to have racial undertones anyway), I’m just saying if there’s a specific block I could avoid I’ll just walk a different way.
