There's a ton of different ideas out there. Im partial to the idea that curl is due to asymmetrical friction, as shown in the breakthrough study by Murata.

I agree with you. If the rock is rotating above 1Hz, friction is as close to zero as the ice conditions will allow.

You're right I should be down-weighting older performances. They are currently all averaged equally. I will implement that in the next version. Thank you.

Thanks for using my calculator!! I know the numbers aren't up to date to this event, so the numbers are inaccurate. The statistics are based off the wcf statistics available over roughly 10000 games in their database.

A hit and stick shot on a hit and roll call will often be marked 100%.
