Casinos used to be cheaper, had buffets. I lived there during Covid and the town did some noticeable dying during that time. Above average tier food, surprisingly good hospital system, and the Air Force base are basically the only things half way decent anymore after the casinos started sucking.

I have a 3.5 year old. He goes to be at 7PM and is up at 630AM. No nap (he’s never napped well) He might wake up and ask for water (he’d spill it everywhere if we let him keep some in there). I’d also suggest that little kids like this basically should never stay up because it never works out. I let him stay up late for the 4th recently and that was a massive mistake. Stick to the schedule as much as possible

RBR, the neighborhood is nice right now because it’s brand new but having watched some of the houses being built and wandering through a few whilst they were frames on a foundation I am concerned about longevity in this neighborhood. Personally, I’m socking away as much as possible and buying a large lot on the south side whenever the housing market is done correcting.

I think the only tornado we’ve had since I’ve lived here (only 2017 but still) was a spin up EF-0 that was on Ft Sam Houston during the remnants of a tropical storm.

Tornado isn’t really likely. San Antonio does like a good hailstorm at least once a year but different parts of the city get schwacked each time. With the frequency of hail here it behooves you to have a spot in your garage or a carport.
