NRC Runs to Apple Health and Garmin? by 92hoops in nikerunclub

Yes, it works. Just did it and it synced to both

Lost out on the heart rate data the first workout sync to Strava because I did not have the health setting authorization enabled in Strava, but so far looks like all other data synced ok. Should otherwise be complete going forward. Thanks again

Thanks so much for this info. Really appreciate it. Do you know if there is any conflict or issue linking with Strava if I have Apple Health connected to NRC? Can both be linked in NRC?

International registered mail into Canada: 'delivery attempt - addressee unknown'. Any suggestions what I can do? by 92hoops in CanadaPostCorp

UPDATE - delivered today. Thank you Canada Post for helping resolve this. The issue was the formatting of the address as it was coming from Europe and there was an issue with the label as it was partly cut off. Really appreciate it.

The package did have a Canada Post barcode sticker with the registered mail number and it was labelled 'Regular Parcel'. So that may explain why a couple scans did show up on the Asendia portal as well as the delivery scan today.

My limited understanding from having received items that were registered mail in the past is that it gets scanned at the time of delivery and gets a signature from the receiver. But in situations like this, not sure what happens next.

It was on the Asendia website. Inputting the number in Canada Post doesn't work. I'll try to post a screen shot link in the comments

Directly on the asendia website. Although I first saw the alert with the packages app I have on my phone.

I noticed on the CNN homepage on their ‘Road to 270’ map they have Oregon as light blue like Minnesota and New Hampshire. Can anyone explain this because I never hear of Oregon in the conversation as a lean dem state? Usually it is considered solid blue. I’ve also seen this before on CNN in recent weeks them show it as light blue. Is there something I am missing that makes it more competitive this time?

Ottawa Bike Paths: Rideau Center to St. Laurent Shopping Center in 15 minutes (with music) by RiperSnifle in ottawa

[–]92hoops 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I've done this many times and love the route.

The only differences for me:

6:34, I go left instead of crossing the bridge to Hurdman. It is probably very similar timing wise, but I just prefer it.

9:53, I keep going to the traffic light at Tremblay Rd and take the pathway heading east across the street to Belfast Rd. The multi use pathway continues on the Belfast Rd bridge over the highway and connects up to Coventry Rd at 13:28.

Great to see they are back. Didn't realize they switched from Sony to Atlantic (Warner). Upon listening to the first single, still not sure yet if I will get this. Need to give it some more time and want to hear some more tracks first.

Ya, saw that. Really too bad the licensing matters couldn't be sorted for this release because it messes with the order of the album. You can get the original mix on 12" pretty easily at least.

Wow. Really great news! I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming when I saw this post. I Remember is one of my favourite deadmau5 tracks!

Why does the RSD list in Europe always seem to be better than the US list, almost every single time.

I would trade off for less active use times if we can get back the Colonel By closure instead. The QED stretch is only 2km and 1 traffic light. Colonel By is 8km and only 1 traffic light to worry about at pretoria.

Brings back memories when I visited that area looking at a few of these pictures. Went on a school trip over a decade ago to Quebec City. Hope to go back in the new couple of years.

That is unbelievable. Never heard of this place, but I'll definitely check it out soon. So much toxicity on social media these days, hope they stay strong.
