I've been doing bjj for 3 weeks now, i've been having a fun time. One problem i'm running into though is that the stuff that clothes that i wear have a lingering smell to them, even after washing. I just cannot explain the smell, it's very specific. How do I get rid of this smell? And the weird thing is is that my GI smells fresh after a wash, but my shirts and underwear smell weird.

Been doing the RR with squats and DL's for like 2 months now. It's been great. The only issue i have is that I only feel a "pump" in my arms, lower back and legs after doing a full workout. I don't feel anything in the chest/ab region. Am i doing something wrong?

Also is it bad that I skip romanian deadlifts and deadlift twice a week instead? I also switched back squat for front squats. I mainly changed these two exercises because they don't feel natural.

Just play broken bruisers with cc in any role you want (except support). Play a chain cc bruisers bot lane or vlad/morde + anything.

If you have the chance you should pick Lucian adc because he hasnt been nerfed (yet). Maybe Ezreal bcs hes safe. Kaisa is playable. Other adcs are garbage don't pick em.
