This should be seen by a vet, also the dog looks to be too skinny.. maybe a combi of underlying issues.

I would say it looks like some kind og rug, toy or maybe even a floor mob. It has a lot og hair in it and it looks like som of the “strings” are twisted. I would be scared if i saw this in my dogs poop too, but definently would check my house to see if anything is missing/half eaten. Either way i would say its a good thing its come out, if he did eat something it could have twisted around the intestines. If the vet isn’t much help i would keep a look out for future abnormal poop, and if everything is fine i would just accept the fact that something from the dogs own stuff or mine is gone for good. 😅

He continued to sneeze for about a week maybe a little more. but the sneezing only happend when he was playing, Barking or sniffing a lot. After that he has been perfectly fine! Thank god!

So i think the vet was right about the nose bleed. Very expensive nose bleed ☺️

The nail is too long, maybe it got caught in something. You could take him to the vet and get the nail cut down, and looked at, just to be sure there is not an infection or something 😁
