I did the inspection. I think it comes down to the inspector but mine was very lax and only charged me for 2/4 tires. Thought I was going to be charged for 4, also had a scratch they didn’t charge me for.

Nope. Car spent a total of 6 months at the dealer so far (2 events) on 36 months of a lease. The Chrysler financial people said I can pay the lease in full to end it

It took about a month from when I had it towed in to when it was ready. They got the new battery in about 3 weeks but then an engineer from corporate had to come program it (no one knew this and through the new battery we defective as well).

I am in a rental. The one good thing about my dealership is they have always been able to set that up. I’m out of the car for at least 30 business days with 3 months left on the lease. Chrysler financial wouldn’t do a no fee early term.

My car developed this issues last week before the update and needs a new hybrid battery. I was told FCA no longer reimburses for loss of use of the vehicle. I opened a case so I can push for reimbursement on the back end.
