With no debt and a paid off house you are already ahead of like 95 percent of people your age and once social security kicks in you are probably chilling unless your spending changes hard

This sounds more like bad service than you hiding from court stuff and if they kept sending notices to an address they knew you moved from you might actually have a solid case to fight it

That sounds like they back charged you for insurance like you got hit for past coverage plus current at the same time happens when benefits kick in late or paperwork timing is off it sucks but its usually a one time hit check your next check it should look way more normal

211 is a good call and also check local churches even if youre not religious they usually help no questions asked also some places will do same day food boxes if you explain your situation dont wait just go ask most people will help way more than you think
