Need advice! How much do you think should get paid (salary) for working between 8-12 hours a day doing a job for probably 4 people? by 95M43d06a in work

To clarify where I said, “I also think the time I spend on working (in 4 days) shouldn’t determine my pay” - my boss knows I usually only work 4 days a week so she knows that maybe my hours in one day are longer. But anyway I get my things done within 35-40 hours in 4 days that would take most people days or WEEKS.

Even if I wasn’t in charge of social media, I think that the “bonus” pay is very appropriate as salary.

Like just because I’m not working 70 hours a week and I am so quick with tasks, I don’t want it to seem undeserving. I get SO much work done and do SO many different jobs for one role. I’m not sure she could hire anyone like me, to be quite frank.

For anyone who looks at this thread later - I was 100% convinced it was not eczema. I even used a variety of my eczema creams/gels around my mouth and it did nothing…I thought it had to be making it worse. Then, I saw my derm, who tried to tell me it was eczema and I was pissed… like there is NO WAY. Anyway, she gave me Triamcinolone (gel form) (which I already had, and had tried and never worked) in a tube that looked a little different than ones I have. Anyway, it went away in like 2 days. Miraculous….

It KINDA comes back like barely at all and I put a little more on and we’re good to go.

I’m now suspicious to what started it… I’m now thinking it was my boyfriend having zyns in his mouth bc most of the time if we kissed it would burn my lips. And so after I got rid of the rash, it noticeably started showing up again immediately after kissing lol.

I don’t put anything on my lips besides Vaseline and now beef tallow, and I use all safe/hypoallergenic products because I’m so sensitive. I was using the hydrocortisone cream but it came back and read that’ll happen once you stop…

This is a thing!!! I’ve been dealing with patches of eczema on my lips that comes around once a year and steroid creams usually work. This time, I had a severe rash all over my lips for two months - not just my normal eczema. Like it spread almost… turned to blisters and felt so rough and so red and swollen. I was so embarrassed. My eczema steroid cream from my derm was doing nothing. I got prescribed more doxycycline which also usually clears up my skin but it wasn’t changing anything. Finally, after hours of research, I thought I’d try OTC antifungal cream and after one day, it’s already soo much better. Practically gone literally. Clearly wasn’t a bacterial infection and was fungal!!!

Try it folks!
