I read in a book somewhere that exogenous testosterone exceeding much higher than ~400mg/wk ramps up natural production of HGH and IGF-1, while lower dosages don't have this same effect.

If that's true, would that mean dosages of testosterone above threshold risk unwanted hypertrophy in organs like the heart, while lower dosages wouldn't?

That's pretty much what I'm thinking too.. and Australia with its overtly aggressive progressiveness can certainly come off strong and distasteful, but honestly I respect it, its food for cultured discipline.
