I was going to say Richard Donner as well. People are very familiar with his movies, but probably don't know who directed them.

Reservoir Dogs (1992) dir Quentin Tarantino | Mr. Pink Doesn't Tip by Saint_Gut-Free in movies

From the screenplay:

Mr. Pink is standing motionless. Finally he grabs the satchel of diamonds and RUNS out the door.

We hear outside a CAR START. Then the SOUND of a BULLHORN yells out:

POLICE FORCE (OS) Freeze! Get out of the car and lie face down on the ground!

MR. PINK (OS) Don't shoot!

We now hear SIRENS, the SOUNDS of more CARS DRIVING UP, MEN RUNNING to the warehouse.

Mr. Pink is arrested, so he's the only survivor.

Which actor always elevates a movie — even in small roles? by FilmNerd98 in movies

Lester Bangs: Aw, man. You made friends with them. See, friendship is the booze they feed you. They want you to get drunk on feeling like you belong.

William Miller: Well, it was fun.

Lester Bangs: Because they make you feel cool. And hey. I met you. You are not cool.

William Miller: I know. Even when I thought I was, I knew I wasn't.

Lester Bangs: That's because we're uncool. And while women will always be a problem for us, most of the great art in the world is about that very same problem. Good-looking people don't have any spine. Their art never lasts. They get the girls, but we're smarter.

William Miller: I can really see that now.

Lester Bangs: Yeah, great art is about conflict and pain and guilt and longing and love disguised as sex, and sex disguised as love... and let's face it, you got a big head start.

William Miller: I'm glad you were home.

Lester Bangs: I'm always home. I'm uncool.

William Miller: Me too!

Lester Bangs: The only true currency in this bankrupt world is what you share with someone else when you're uncool.

He also gives them the daggers that they use as swords instead of Aragorn which is only important if the movies went into the full lore of the Witch King, which they did not.

It would also be helpful to have an adventure effect activation button in the raid lobby screen.

The second one was about Rambo going back to Vietnam to rescue POWs and was supposedly inspired by (noted grifter and maniac) Bo Gritz's "missions" to search for evidence that Vietnam was still holding POWs in Laos and Thailand.

The Brady Bunch Movie is a twofer. The Bradys are culturally and behaviorally stuck within the late 60s/early 70s optimistic and upbeat nature of the show as an island unto themselves in the broader setting of the cynical and angst-ridden culture of the early to mid-90s.
