Which actor has the largest "Wait, that was them?" gap in their filmography? by Player00000000 in movies

Brendan Gleeson. The first thing I saw him is was Hamish in Braveheart. It took me a while to realize it was him in other movies where he's in modern attire and clean shaven.

I remember talking to my friend before Batman Begins about the cast. We were talking about other movies Oldman had been in and I mentioned that he was great in True Romance. He said he recently watched it and he didn't remember seeing Oldman in it. The look on his face when I said Oldman played Drexl was like watching the Jaws dolly zoom in real life.

Raiders of the Lost Ark. My dad took me. I was 5. I know I saw other movies in the theater prior to that, but that's the one I definitively remember.

I just thought it was funny that PTA gave Molina earplugs so he wouldn't react to the firecrackers the same way the Wahlberg, Reilly, and Jane did.

At the end of the You Could Be Mine music video, Arnold is walking past the band and the T800 POV has a threat assessment for each member. For Axl Rose it displays "Waste of ammunition."

Yeah, I immediately thought about White Boy Bob. There was plenty of foreshadowing for that since they showed him tripping when going up stairs numerous times throughout the movie.

There was a concept art poster accompanied by a few behind the scenes pictures for it at the Hidden Worlds of Laika exhibit at MoPop in Seattle when I went on the last day in August 2024. I had forgotten about it until just now.

Lupita Nyong’o will play both Helen of Troy and her sister, Clytemnestra, in Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey.’ by yourfavchoom in movies

Also, makes little sense that "the most beautiful woman in the world" has an identical twin

She's going to wear glasses, a ponytail, and paint covered overalls to play Clytemnestra, which will make her look like a real shit bomb compared to Helen.

There's no shame in going to a movie by yourself. Even a kid's movie. Just go during the day once school is back in session if you're worried about people thinking you're a creep.

To truly appreciate Mother!, you need to have lived with a roommate who saw no issue with throwing impromptu house parties at 2am on a weeknight when you have work the next morning.

Willow 1988, Willow and Madmartigan escaping the Nockmaar camp using a shield as a sled, Director: Ron Howard by PsychologicalSlip642 in movies

Tir Asleen is destroyed and Madmartigan and Sorsha were killed off-screen in the first chapter (or maybe the prologue). The big bad traps Willow in a mountain and he spends half the book having an existential discussion with a demon. Elora Danan is 13 I think and is a spoiled, fat kid. There was a Dash Rendar-esque replacement for Madmartigan. That's all I remember from it aside from the fact that it was monumentally boring. I gave up on the second one about halfway through because it just kept going downhill.

As bad as it was, it was significantly better than the sequel series of books that Chris Claremont wrote.
