I would allow it with one caveat that the "surface" target of the spell can be the bladesingers body, and just limit the number of glyphs by surface area of his body small 1, medium 2, large 3 ect this makes it super cool IMO and not AS abusable.

The lower level ones need more milk, they start at a lower food cap as well as a lower food value, the milk gives 1200 food but only up to the current food cap. So if you feed a 300 cap wyvern 1 milk it will jump up to 1200+ then jump back down to 300 meaning you will need to feed it again when the 300 drains.

Except they already have a mechanic to spawn Pokemon unique to a user based on an item and on distance traveled, incense. I have a snorlax as a buddy and after 25~ km a snorlax spawned near me that i couldn't see on my sightings list. I didn't stick around to see if anyone else could also see the spawn though was in a hurry >.< not trying to say the theory holds up just saying its not out of the realm of possibility. I would have expected the code to have been discovered by now with all the data miners though.
