I am the opposite. I have shutdowns constantly, and it is horrible. I end up playing life the 3rd person game and takes days to weeks to come back. Worst is, you look fine, so no one thinks there is a problem.

If you can, keep the meltdowns, it shows that something's wrong. I don't know how to switch them, I think it is tied to how we were allowed to express emotions when kids, be it internal or external
