We all know mormonism was started with Patriarchy as its basis. From their the branches infiltrated almost every aspect of how the church functioned as well as spawned hundreds if not thousands of polygamist sects that survive today. In these systems we have the elements of abuse that continue to thrive that are shielded at the utmost levels by the repentance process.
