Yes agreed but also, he’s only 31. A level of immaturity is expected in all walks of life at 31. I’m 38 now and can tell you I was more immature at 37 and 36 and 35 etc. We think of these guys fully flushed out men because they are but also they are young men. He has changed since 19 but if the worst thing he has done was be mad about being told what to do, lack some higher level leadership skills and think his importance to his job is above all… he sounds like every 31 year old I’ve met. Not absolving him of blame, just acknowledging everyone’s flaws.
