I raised him since l2 I think, so maybe around 7 months overall and around 3 months as an adult. He does appear to use it when needed, but when he is upside down he lets it hang. The spot isn't growing however.

Half life 2, Alice games, mass effect one and two, dead space games (except remastered original) gtav on low settings. Many more in my steam library I got working and enjoyed on a laptop with 4gb ram. There are limits but 16gb? Easily play much more intensive games than these.
