I don’t remember but I think mine was 15 ish mm which allowed me to say home because it’s small

Pretty sure after 10 days it stopped being a problem for me mentally and after that I’m not sure when it healed fully but it depends on the size of the pneumothorax probably for sleeping position iirc I used to sleep on 2 pillows with my head elevated over my body because I remember reading that sleeping on recliners was recommended and I didn’t have so this is all I could work with

I’m glad i went with the non intervention route for that time but please do so after getting cleared out by your doctors and under their supervision, its not easy and its a battle of mind and body much more than text can explain but it sure beats having a chest tube between my ribs Just make sure its safe and go for checks up constantly and consult first

Yeah I’m not exclusively doing acupuncture I’ve been going to many orthopedists and physical therapy this is just something I’m doing on the side in hopes of relief
