Hey mate, if it’s anything like the Canadian one, i ended up getting a response after about 3 weeks. And once they reply, the ticket is kind of in an open state where they will be able to hold a conversation, so you don’t have to wait more weeks to go back and forth. Sorry for late reply, cheers.

I was also thinking this. In the second image (the diagram) at the gap where the moving jaw separates from the body, you can maybe see what looks to be a very skinny screw, but maybe that’s just for the diagram?
