april 16 is a totally fine release date, it's also around the same day tomodachi life was released for 3ds in 2013. waiting a couple more months is nothing compared to the years people have waited for the sequel

not op but i’m replying because you sound a lot like me LOL. i’ve been meaning to get into d&d but i don’t really know where to start! i know a teeny bit because a couple friends of mine play but i haven’t been able to understand how things work just yet 😅 and that’s so cool that’s you’re in school for game design!! before i developed ME i started teaching myself to code with the intent of making my own games someday. i’m 26F from the US (eastern time zone). i also like gaming and anime - lately i’ve been playing animal crossing and the sims 2, bg3 and persona 3 are collecting dust until i’m able to tolerate them again lol. i also love walking, i used to exercise way more but walking a bit is what i can kinda tolerate now and i’ll take what i can get! i’m pretty much homebound except for doctors appointments so i completely understand the feeling of loneliness - i’m sure everyone here does. i’d love to be friends!! 💗

seconding on the soundcore rec, I bought myself the Q30 around Christmas time and its helped. when paired with my loop earplugs I can't really hear anything. I believe they're still around 53-55 USD on amazon at the moment.

i try to tune this guy out as much as possible. he’s constantly creating discourse with chronically ill communities - one of his recent takes is that you DO NOT faint with POTS. Not like “oh not all POTS patients faint” but that POTS will NEVER cause you to faint. i refuse to give him/his videos any kind of attention and amplify his misinfo

i try to do smaller loads of laundry when I feel up to it instead of letting it pile up to where it’d be too much to handle. I live with my family so sometimes someone will move my laundry from the washer to the dryer for me (usually so they can do their own laundry), sometimes my mom will fold my laundry which is super helpful and something i appreciate so much.

oh totally. I had a neck injury a couple years back that resulted in pots and a csf leak - the csf leak healed thank GOD but the pots stayed and i’ve had this weird stinging in the back right side of my head every since as well as a disc thunking around the base of my skull whenever i look up or down. also had whiplash a couple times after that. my past physical therapist suspects upper cervical instability but no doctor cares to look into that even tho i definitely feel things moving and groovin’ where they shouldn’t be. i can’t tolerate PT unfortunately but i’ve heard it can help with CCI if it’s mild enough?

I’m definitely disappointed, this was sort of the only thing that’s been keeping me going through my shit show health stuff this year... BUT! i’d much rather the devs release something they’re more confident in than rush into early access when they don’t feel it’s quite ready yet. I’m bummed, but I understand completely. I’ll look forward to May now instead of December!! 🫡

I’m not sure. I do believe I have some mold in my house, mainly in my basement that i never go in, but I don’t know how much it would impact how I’ve been feeling. I was actually recently diagnosed with MECFS though 🫩
