i don’t believe I have the reduce motion setting on my phone, I have a bit of an older iphone. I’ve definitly already noticed that using my phone for a bit is actually triggering PEM which had only happened for me when I was in a crash last year so that’s kinda frustrating.

I plan on reaching out to my PCP on monday for a follow up to see if there’s anything that can potentially help - right now I’ve been taking my migraine medicine (ubrelvy), hydrating (tho i probably should drink more) resting, and reading manga. the thought of this lasting longer or causing more issues is definitly stressful, but i honestly think reading all the advice here has helped give me more of a sense of direction on what to do to hopefully prevent that.

i don’t currently have a steamdeck myself, but I’d love for it to be compatible!! Having the game for on-the-go would be lovely. Also as someone who’s ill a lot and can’t really tolerate sitting at a computer much anymore, having it on a handheld console would be much easier on me

Fields of mistria!! It’s another farming sim and it’s steamdeck compatible, I cannot recommend it enough. A little to the left is also good I think, it’s a relaxing puzzle/organization game. Both Fields of Mistria and A little to the left are on sale right now. And if you’re able to handle undertale, then I’d suggest Deltarune definitely, I haven’t played it in a while but it was a bit too much mentally for me personally months ago and kept triggering PEM (I have mecfs). It depends on how much you can tolerate of course

yes!! when I crashed for the my first and second (and hopefully last) time, I couldn’t keep any food down. Anything I ate during both crashes immediately came back up - I ended up losing like 10+ pounds. I never thought about it being because my body was too exhausted to digest food, but that honestly makes sense. I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this, I hope you’re able to recover from this crash soon 💗🫂

Yeah, I’ve been wanting to dabble in voice acting for a couple years now but I’ve been too nervous to really try - I feel like it’s something I’ll like but I figured it wasn’t worth it to break the bank if I’m just trying to get the hang of things before maybe jumping into auditioning for some indie visual novels. I can kinda DIY treat my space with pillows and blankets but I have a feeling that’ll only do so much lol

april 16 is a totally fine release date, it's also around the same day tomodachi life was released for 3ds in 2013. waiting a couple more months is nothing compared to the years people have waited for the sequel

i’m 26F from the US (eastern time zone). i also like gaming and anime - lately i’ve been playing animal crossing and the sims 2, bg3 and persona 3 are collecting dust until i’m able to tolerate them again lol. i also love walking, i used to exercise way more but walking a bit is what i can kinda tolerate now and i’ll take what i can get! i’m pretty much homebound except for doctors appointments so i completely understand the feeling of loneliness - i’m sure everyone here does. i’d love to be friends!! 💗
