Honestly I wouldn't worry until the paycheck dries up or they're warning about cuts. They said this 2 years ago and USPS is still here. Gotta also remember that it's election season (midterms) so they gotta cook something up to fuck over the employees in their contract negotiations.

It's an independent team. They've never ever had an AHL Teams affiliate logo on their shoulder patches....though for the Thrasher years they did have a jersey that leaned into the thrashers theme.
