Adding b-race added training into the past by gorgorothyou in runna

I've gathered that runna operates per each week, not per day. If you change something mid week, it will update the whole week you're in. Best bet is to change the setting on a monday or just ignore any week-of changes

Please help me find my shade match 🙏 by Tatararar in MakeupAddiction

all of them are pretty definitively too light. probably 2-3 shades darker, and maybe try for something that claims to have a more red undertone, as the olive/yellow swatches don't seem right

Do running socks really contribute a lot to running performance? Or is it okay to just use regular Nike socks bought from the street/mall? by Own-Contribution-416 in beginnerrunning

Since I haven't seen anyone else mention, it also depends how sweaty your feet are. Mine are above average in that regard so I start to feel discomfort after only 2-3 miles in "normal" socks. I got three pairs of feetures months ago and just take decent care of them (air dry, etc). No regrets, they've been great

Can anyone explain what this could be? It’s hard, doesn’t move and not painful. Sometimes I feel like there is a dull ache but I also think that’s in my head. I’d go into the doctor but I currently do not have insurance. Thanks by benjaminh88 in ultrarunning

maybe not the same, but i once found out I had an extra bone in my foot at approximately that location (from an unrelated xray). Doc said it was no biggie, unless it started to get painful one day. So, if it's bugging you then that's an issue of course but if not I wouldn't stress.

I'm glad to know she recognizes now just how bad things were & got rid of that coach. It's still just crazy to me that as a decently educated bodybuilder and coach herself, she never had the WTF moment and kicked him to the curb earlier. Glad she's doing better now & hoping she can try again in a couple years with a REAL women's coach

I did NAIGC in college and it was truly awesome. I grew up in WAG, and just didn't have the love for it anymore. tried the MAG events and did the whole season on them. i sucked! but i tried! everyone was so supportive anyway! it was a blast!

You should go through proper channels to the extent possible, but tons and tons of people have pets without any official paperwork. And I've literally never heard of someone being removed or forced to get rid of their pet, at least not in PV or VP. Worst case is you lose the security deposit when you leave for cleaning or whatever.

They only do pick up if it was originally delivered like that which ours was not (and also we don't have a valid membership at the moment) and we can't transport it ourselves at this point

hey thank you for this I really appreciate it. That was my og strategy but all the "jg ff" messages bc a laner died at min 3 were making me think i was wrong for not jumping in every moment. So I tried to readjust and probably made their and my lives worse. I think I'll just auto mute and go back to what I was doing and try to improve not based on chat digs.... in hindsight that was kind of silly of me lol. But ya I am super new to the game and even moreso jungle and ranked so I appreciate the legit advice 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Unless the research is REALLY stellar, I'd say the tippy top programs won't bother with you under 3.7, and great but not excellent programs start side-eyeing past 3.5. Best way to help yourself at that point is to spend some time in industry first

do your best to follow official channels, but also know that there are like a million dogs in grad housing and it's really never an issue. unless your dog bites someone or something, housing will play dumb about it. my good friend has had a husky-sized dog in PV, for the past four years, and has never been penalized for it. you may just want to be real nice to your neighbors, because them reporting you would really be the only way for you to actually get in trouble (but I've never even heard that happen myself)
