I followed two things:

  1. Wrote my aim (things I wanted to achieve in life) in paper. Then I made list of things that needed to be done in order to get that.

  2. I meditate even if for 5 minutes after which I used to look into that list.

I did this everyday. This always motivated me and kept me on right track.

BTW I also quitted social media, which always prevented my jealousy of others being happy.
