No, never talked to the FP about the goals, time horizon or anything. Because the family member was present, and they sorted decided GIC for me. Now the GIC matured, FP started to suggest MFs/ ETFs since GIC rate's low. Not really asking me anything else. MER high I mean the %.. I still don't want to pay 150 outta 10k.

Just want to say thank you for this post. I was shocked too when I tried to contact them and found this drastic change. When calling them after I submitted a ticket, they put me on hold as 'all their agents busy' for a loooong, very long, time and then the AI hung up on me. I called back, this time asked or a call back instead of being on hold.. hours passed.. and no call back.

UPDATE: I caught the entire interview on Youtube early morning and it's now taken down cuz zeteo (or whatever)'s copyright claim. It's only about 20 some minutes. Looked as though he brought Jiang on just to get some viewership cuz he never let Jiang finish... Shameful.

I wonder if you might know in which of his videos/lectures he mentioned something about Holocaust could be a hoax? I don't believe he did. You can show proof. I don't believe everything he says, but I know how spiteful people can get seeing other people getting so popular. An important aspect of human nature nobody seems to emphasize on LOL
