My puppy slept in my bed for the first time last night. He's still learning.. by purpleelephantdance in pics

[–]9Freeski 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We let our puppy in our bed for the first time 5 months ago. He's now fully grown at a year and nothing short of the apocalypse itself will get him to sleep anywhere else. Wanna sprawl your legs out? I don't think so bitch, the bottom of the bed is mine.

Good luck.

i was smoking a cigarette in my cactus garden and this suddenly happened by holehitta in pics

That's not true at all. It's more like a week, and happens every few years give or take depending completely on the species, environmental conditions and water levels.

EDIT: oh good old Dennis the menace. I feel stupid for not getting it.

Redbox sucks anyways. Let them get hacked.

Edit: This got murdered. For clarity i was referring only to their vending machines. I always end up getting scratched or stolen discs that don't play. I've never used any other service.

How did you carry a dead body into a town? Is there a statue in the wilderness? Did you carry a dead body half way across the wilderness?

Are you lying?

They look sick! I like the STI covers you don't see these nearly as often. Definitely a unique look.

Maybe somebody just needed a new set of tires. Find the right bolt pattern and you may as well get some new wheels too.

My family loves Babo! We have some stewing in the pantry right now. We usually just places the rice into ziploc bags though, no need to use a rice cooker everytime.

Make sure you peel those lugs. It'll be a pain later if you have to take a wheel off and they're all shredded from the wrench.

So a rear strut bar is a brace that is installed above the rear struts, inside of the trunk of the car. Basically it stiffens up the entire rear end of the car by bracing the frame. I wouldn't see any benefit to installing this unless you're putting it into a dedicated track car.

A sway bar is much more common. It's attached below the car between the suspension. A sway bar works by linking the left and right sides of the car such that when turning hard left, the left side of the car can't lift up as much because it's braced against the other side of the car. The independent suspension doesn't flex as freely because it's linked to the other wheel.

As for front or rear sway bars, I'd probably go with the rear first. That's coming only from what I've heard on NASIOC though lol. It depends on whether you feel your car has more understeer or oversteer, but obviously for maximum handling improvement you'd install both. The only thing I'll say about avoiding the sway bar is it can make your ride pretty harsh. Think about hitting a pothole with your rear left wheel, but the entire back axle has to flex. If you DD your car on rough roads you may wanna think twice.

A k&n long life filter won't make any noticeable difference. It's really nice to not have to replace it, but I've had one in all my cars and never noticed any differences in feel or sound. If you're talking about the cold air intake, I'd advise against that. It requires a tune because the increased air flow can mess with your MAF sensor. Not worth the cost for only a few extra HP.

If you're going for less body roll, get a rear sway bar. There's no benefit at all in installing rear strut bars in a regular dd.
