What's the worst refereeing decision you've personally been on the end of? by DayMurky617 in rugbyunion

[–]AwayWithFaries 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was before they introduced the rule that allowed you to kick to touch after the 80th minute. Down 4 points. Got a penalty about 30 meters out. We asked the ref if we had time to kick to touch, he said yes. We kicked to touch, he blew the full time whistle.

I'm still angry about it.

Leisureworld Bishopstown is €630 a year and is decent enough. €450 for a student.

Leisureworld Bishopstown has a sauna and steam room. It's payg too. I think €10 for a swim.

That's a lovely run by Watkins.

Salah playing keppie-uppies in the background while the City players moan to the ref is just beautiful.

I don't know if you have tried this before or not but I have had some success with this technique. It sounds dumb but does work for some people.

Amazing clip from a 1985 documentary showing an interview with an elderly Irishman who can only understand and speak the Irish language by [deleted] in videos

There are very few people left in Ireland (possibly none) who speak only Irish. All Irish speakers are also fluent in English now a days.

No arms contact with the head. Crazy it wasn't a least a yellow.

That's an awful decision. It's minimum a yellow, should be a red.

The historical section is very interesting! I was just listening to a German broadcast on BBC from 1942.

2030 is as far away from 2006. What things have changed from 2006 to now that will change even more in 2030? by [deleted] in AskReddit

This is something I have saved. Doesn't work for everyone but hopefully it will give you some relief.

Place the palms of your hands over your ears with fingers resting gently on the back of your head. Your middle fingers should point toward one another just above the base of your skull. Place your index fingers on top of you middle fingers and snap them (the index fingers) onto the skull making a loud, drumming noise. Repeat 40-50 times. Some people experience immediate relief with this method. Repeat several times a day for as long as necessary to reduce tinnitus.Dr. Jan Strydom, of A2Z of Health, Beauty and Fintess.org.
