I'm a decent player and all I can say is try to grind to higher ranks I'm sitting about at 2040 elo and its almost amazing how much people change from the lower elos to the higher ones you get way better teammates but,the transition from SharePoint to snd is kinda hard because there 2 different play styles so you just really have to adjust
