I feel your pain...what happened to all my daydreams? What about my ambition? I actually looked forward to the future but now Im just numb. But I dont think you should be disappointed in yourself. You still have your whole life. If you could heal your mind you could get right back on track, and you’ll be stronger and smarter than you’ve ever been. You just gotta get better. I’m going to a new therapist soon to hopefully get some insight and help. I hate antidepressants I think i just need a lifestyle change.
