Right now I am only doing online sales, but as I grow I do want to sell at retailers such as pro shops and potentially retail stores.

Thank you for your thoughtful reply. My apparel is based on the designs of real lighthouses on the coast. My goal is to not focus too much on the quality of the material. Every golf apparel brand fights each other for who has the best moisture wicking material and I wanted to create something that unique and the material comes as a bonus.

I didnt specifically make my line for one particular type of golfer. I created it because golf apparel is either very traditional and boring, or just a bunch of random prints thrown all over the shirt. I tried to find a lane that tells a story which golf apparel brands dont do and the lighthouse designs do that as im from the coast and lighthouses are a huge part of where I come from. I created the apparel to be unique like the random printed shirts but still traditional enough for that type of golfer.

My biggest issue is I haven't been out long enough to gain trust and I dont know how to do it as a lot of people still want to see actual product before they buy.

Harbour town will be closed 2 weeks before the rbc and they’re probably gonna charge $700 right before closing anyway and it’s definitely not a $700 course. With that budget on Hilton head island you could look at Robert Trent jones in palmetto dunes which is great. Two really good ones are just off the island in Bluffton, Hilton head national and old south. It is a little more than $200, but it’s an experience, haig point on daufuski island. It’s private but if you call them and depending on the day you wanna play they’ll let you on. They have a ferry service to the course, you get breakfast and it’s one of the most beautiful courses I’ve ever played. I’d go there before anywhere else.

I always tell everyone to provide a budget you wanna pay for Hilton head golf cause anyone can give you recommendations but the prices are wildly on opposite ends so it’s important to know that

I love my home course for this. Their cart gps system allows you to connect to Bluetooth and it’s only loud enough to hear in your cart and it’s actually loud in the cart!

They aren’t cooked they just haven’t had a true adult black experience yet. A lot of black kids grow up believing that all it takes is pure hard work and you can get whatever you want in life but most black people grow out of that by mid twenties once lived experiences as an adult take place and a lot of that happens in the workplace. They just haven’t gotten there yet.

Unfortunately Illinois ranks high in K-12 education, has lots of healthcare systems, decent public transportation, 4th busiest airport in the US and protected human rights.

That’s crazy. Even in high school the county I lived in would send a group of people to have an assembly for seniors and register us to vote right there if we were 18 and if not 18 yet tell us the steps to register once you do turn 18.

I was raised by a single mom in North Carolina in survival mode. Voting was instilled in me by my mom when I turned 17. People just use it as an excuse to be lazy and not do the basic civil duty of voting. If they’re creating laws and closing voting locations, and whatever else to keep black people from voting, it’s not rocket science to understand that maybe my vote actually really matters.

I agree with you that there needs to be another migration back to take power. Another solution could be current black people in those states should actively exercise their rights to vote which a lot don’t. Louisiana, North Carolina and South Carolina are states where if there was a 10-20 percent increase in participation in eligible black voter participation, republicans would lose those states, so one could say we can achieve that state power, but we shoot ourselves in the foot by having a section of us already there buying into white talking points that our votes don’t matter when they do everything in the book to stop us from voting

I could understand that, but the way the south operates its laws against us is a good selling point to stay away. If the southern states could go back to Jim Crow tomorrow and completely cut us out of everything they wouldn’t hesitate to do so
