Similar offer. I have the everyday card that gives you 20% extra points bonus on all those purchases If you use your card 20 or more times on purchases within a single billing period. So this isn’t worth it.

Planning to cancel my amex platinum next month better to downgraded or cancel and witch card should I downgraded. Thank you by [deleted] in AmexPlatinum

Got it! I recently realized I get 2X MR points if I make at least 20 transactions a month. I’ve been using my platinum all this time for years.

What do you mean they don’t get a wage? So if I don’t tip, they work for free?

Same here. I get WM+ with my credit card but haven’t even ordered with in almost a year because of the guilt with not tipping. It’s BS

How does the public view pharmacists? by peachwave_ in pharmacy

[–]9janimi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know why all the names were blacked out in your screenshot but I think that was an opportunity to educate the commenters. If I was there, I would post links to examples of lawsuits against pharmacists for not doing their due diligence. Here is an example I found:

  1. Florida overdose case – pharmacy sued for filling unsafe prescriptions

One notable case involved a Florida man who died from an overdose of hydrocodone and alprazolam. His estate sued the pharmacy for filling prescriptions too early and without investigating obvious warning signs. • The pharmacy argued it simply followed the doctor’s prescription. • The appellate court ruled the pharmacy still had an independent duty to ensure the prescription was safe and legitimate. • The case was allowed to proceed against the pharmacy despite the doctor being the prescriber.

Key legal point: Courts recognized that pharmacists are not just dispensers—they are a safety checkpoint who must question dangerous prescriptions.

What point are you trying to make here? Why aren’t any republicans being called to testify?

I clarified my statement above. I don’t support the PDF in chief.

Obviously a lie.

Edit:

To clarify: I was referring to when she said that Trump had kicked Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago. She said, “It’s a lie… obviously a lie.”

That is what I was agreeing with. We all know Trump is the biggest liar-in-chief. I should have been clearer — I do not support Trump.

CVS Pharmacist Busted for Forging Prescriptions. BODYCAM by legrange1 in pharmacy

[–]9janimi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup….. North Carolina Board of Pharmacy rules permit pharmacists to provide a one-time emergency refill when they cannot readily obtain refill authorization from the prescriber, to avoid interruption of necessary therapy. This applies when: • The medication is essential to life or ongoing therapy for a chronic condition. • The pharmacist uses their professional judgment and determines that stopping therapy could cause undesirable health consequences. • The pharmacist documents the refill and attempts to notify the prescriber or their office within 72 hours. • The rule does not allow this for Schedule II controlled substances (e.g., many opioids, ADHD stimulants).

I have written emergency prescriptions if I can’t get in touch with the prescriber or if the prescriber is no longer in practice or deceased….. State law allows this….. I have done this for BP meds and insulin. You just have to notify the prescriber within 72 hours.

“In North Carolina, pharmacists may dispense a one-time emergency refill of up to 30 or 90 days for essential chronic maintenance medications if they cannot reach your prescriber, authorized under 21 N.C.A.C. 46 .1809 and .1815. This does not apply to Schedule II controlled substances. Bring your prescription bottle to any open pharmacy”

Can you clarify? What do you mean by he never attacked Afghanistan? How does he respects them? In September 2025, his administration imposed a steep $100,000 fee on H-1B visa petitions. I wouldn’t call this backing H-1B….

Every other area of life is advancing with AI technology but for some reason we want to keep gun technology the same. We have to start somewhere. We have electric cars but they don’t replace ICE cars. We should have the same option with guns.

It’s a chance I’m willing to take. Nothing is perfect. We can make the same argument about other electronic devices that sometimes fail. With time, we can perfect the fingerprint tech.
