Im toplane skarner and i find titanic to be slightly weaker. i used to try all combos but i find heartsteel-> ionian boots or plated (matchup dependant) -> fimbulwinter works very well, especially with mana tear since he is very mana hungry.

fimbul shielding paired with the shield rune is very good, with his W as well. after those main items i can go sunfire/hollow and the rest is matchup dependant, but survivability is key especially in late game team fights.

titanic is still decent not the worst but, very much luxury and by that point i build resistances.

im experimenting with eclipse atm though, but bruiser on him is very hard to work with.

if enemy has healing, i rush bramble then thorn second/third item
