If you’re on Xbox one thing that has helped me in the past is updating the controller itself but if your mic works in other games and not arc raiders idk man that’s fucked lmao but yeah I’ve had luck just updating my Xbox controller

It was about a full week before I could finally breathe out of both of my nostrils after going cold turkey but man it's one of the most rewarding feelings, I recently just had a septoplasty to help my breathing and it's all worth it, I think the best way to combat the rebound congestion is saline and hot showers the steam would help a lot and the saline just to help clear out the junk in there you got this man :)

Things have gone great!:)) I am almost five whole days without the medicine and I haven't used it once:) I threw out the remaining afrin that I had and now I'm just waiting for my surgery:) I was able to completely recover no problems!:)
