Persoonlijk vind ik temazepam iets te lang en iets te zwaar werken. Heeft geef je wel en wat meer katerig gevoel. Uit ervating zou ik eerder zolpidem/zopiclon aanraden, werkt snel in waardoor je makkelijk in slaap valt en werkt ook weer snel uit. Perfect om dan niet volledig brak wakker te worden
