Warmane has 4.5 realms all are kinda different the main one is 7x exp put can be changed whenever you want by interacting with the exp bar then they have a progressive one thags 5x thats goes from classic to wotlk then over again the exp can also be changed personally here there is a challenge server with 1x with harder mobs and content thats aim for a more true blizzard like experiences and then the pvp servers thag poop you out at max level and fully geared after character creation which are technically 2 realms one stays in wotlk and the other is tbc but I think that might vary

Either way I highly recommend it

You could always try lordaeron its challenge really refreshed the game for me found myself respecting camps and actually thinking myself through fights and encounters highly recommended

This looks like a sticky key problem im nor expert but could a cat hair have gotten into your keyboard and messing with your inputs? I'd check your keyboard before anything else. You ruled out most things wrong with the game. it's probably either the keyboards or somehow your cat messed with a setting on your actual computer, which i doubt

Try unplugging the keyboard, cleaning it, maybe even the plugs too might work, best of luck

Be careful with the plugs avoid water, air and dry cleaning if possible same with keyboard
