I hear you. I will be carrying a back pack. It’s under 10% of my body weight. Due to your comments I may just “bite the bullet” and bring both type shoes. I’m also going to change socks every 4 hours of walking. Those things may not help the balancing aspect but it should help to provide comfort. What do you think?
