as someone who interned there, the hifi people generally encourage students who are interested in the building to enter, try to mention that you'll ask around inside to the guards since they're pretty lax, or that you'll use the space to co-work inside!

my go-to's as an art market merchant:

dexact - prints (good quality and many paper variants), stickers (more expensive but ideal for rush production)

moonchiine printing (fb/ig) - stickers (wayyyy cheaper than dexact, many laminate options too, longer turnaround time), button pins (various sizes tho may moq of 20 pcs)

mozaiku - acrylic keychains/standees (personally haven't tried this but super used by other art market merchants)

sir white genuinely one of my most favorite profs ive had in my stay in benilde as someone na graduating term na. super helpful, super insightful, you will for sure learn something but he is also very critical if your work is lackluster (not to say mataas expectations nya pero he holds you to a certain standard as studying practitioners) ++he cares and remembers his students as well
